Reading preference

I prefer reading a book. I get immersed in the book. I’m a dreamer, I can see the whole thing unfolding before my eyes, and I feel the excitement, joy, and pain of the characters. Sadly I can only get this experience while distractions are at a minimum. I rarely have that time, so I have turned to audiobooks and a pair of headphones to try and tune out the world, I enjoy audiobooks, but don’t get those same feelings, it’s not the same as reading.

Are you sheep.

Sheep are so dumb that they’ll follow each other off a cliff. They need a guide.
Shepherds don’t look after sheep because they love them.  They look after their sheep so they can, first, fleece them and second, turn them into meat.

Tips & Tricks: Why the Period Before @Mentions?

Last week Social Media Maven Alana Coticchia gave a great Twitter tip that I wanted to share with you. She said, “When you see a period in the front of a tweet, that isn’t a typo! By adding that period, you’re ensuring all of your followers will actually see the tweet! If you leave the period out, only the people that follow you and follow the handle will see it. The rule of thumb is if you start your tweet with someone’s handle, and want everyone to see it, insert a period!”

Really it’s all about being conversational versus shouting it from a mountain top. If you are just talking between each other you don’t need a period before a tweet. Shout it out with period before a tweet.

4 To be fair to who? You, yea right you mean no matter what that’s mine

Decisions
